500g salmon fillets (diced up)

2 cups broccoli (cut up)

385ml can evaporated milk

1/3 cup lite milk

50g pine nuts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1Put all ingredients together in slow cooker,

2Cook on high for an hour, serve on spag pasta.

3Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese on top.
