Russian Chicken (Weight Watcher Friendly)

Ingredients
 

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apricot jam (I used sugar-free)
  • 1 cup Russian dressing
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • 5-6 hours on low per my WestBend 6 quart sc (6L for those outside USA)
  • Cook and VOILA dinner is served!!!
  • Weight Watcher Points Plus are 7PP per thigh
  • If you do not have the dry onion soup mix you can just add onions or use this site's link to make your own
