2 beef steaks

1 small glass ros'e wine

1 table spoon tomato purée

1 onion

1teaspoon garlic powder

1tablespoon beef gravy granules


1Put 2 beef steaks in a roasting bag then add all other ingredients and fasten pull tie around top of bag leaving a small hole in the top

2Cook on high for 4 hours for beautiful tender steak
