  • 2 beef steaks
  • 1 small glass ros'e wine
  • 1 table spoon tomato purée
  • 1 onion
  • 1teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1tablespoon beef gravy granules


  • Put 2 beef steaks in a roasting bag then add all other ingredients and fasten pull tie around top of bag leaving a small hole in the top
  • Cook on high for 4 hours for beautiful tender steak
