400-500 grams kangaroo steak cubed
4-6 potatos cubed
2 cups frozen vegies or fresh
2-3 teaspoons gravox mixed with water to thicken
1Cube steak and brown off / seal add to slow cooker,
2Peel and cube potatoes add to slow cooker
3Add fresh veggies and small amount of water + Salt and pepper.
4Cook for 9hrs on low
5I stirred every couple of hours.
68 hours in add frozen veges and gravox mix.
