  • 400-500 grams kangaroo steak cubed
  • 4-6 potatos cubed
  • 2 cups frozen vegies or fresh
  • 2-3 teaspoons gravox mixed with water to thicken


  • Cube steak and brown off / seal add to slow cooker,
  • Peel and cube potatoes add to slow cooker
  • Add fresh veggies and small amount of water + Salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 9hrs on low
  • I stirred every couple of hours.
  • 8 hours in add frozen veges and gravox mix.
