Roast Pork

Olive oil

Garlic diced



1Place pork into the slow cooker and drizzle olive oil onto the fat

2Rub diced garlic and salt all over

3Cook for 4 - 6 hours on low

4Once the pork is cook, cut the "crackle" off the pork and grill until crispy

Loved this, so simple but so much flavour. The meat was moist and cut beautifully into slices and the gravy was great. Fantastic crackling.
This would be fantastic to take to a family dinner.

You can do some high to speed it up yes but low and slow is ideal for best results 🙂

Cooked this tonight and omgosh so good. Love how it turns out so much better than in the oven!

I would personally cook one of that size for more like 7-8hrs though
