Ricotta Chicken Breast Parcel
- 4 chicken breast
- 12 rashes of bacon
- Ricotta cheese
- Minced garlic
- Mix marg/butter with garlic, to make garlic butter
- Mix ricotta cheese & spinach to make filling
- Spread garlic butter over one side of 3 rash's of bacon, cut slice down middle of chicken breast to make pocket, fill with ricotta cheese filling, wrap bacon around chicken breast.
- Put chicken breast in slow cooker, on top of veggies (of choice) cook on low for 6 hours
