Raspberry Jelly Swirl Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 bags of white chocolate melts
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- Raspberry flavoured jelly crystals
- Red food dye
- Toothpick
- Metal spoon
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and condensed milk in slow cooker
- Stir with a metal spoon every 10 minutes, cooking on high for 1hr
- When a smooth even mixture has formed, add 1/2 packet of jelly crystals and stir
- Pour into lined baking dish
- Whilst mixture is still warm, add a few drops of food dye and swirl with a toothpick
- Place in fridge to set then cut into desired shapes

What size pack of melts please ?
Needs minimum 400g of white choc – I’m guessing they meant 250g bags.
What is Raspberry flavoured jelly crystals? Thank you…
When you buy a box/pkt of jelly crystals you buy the raspberry flavoured ones
Then you use the dry crystals ie not make up the jelly with hot water etc
