Ranch Potatoes

This amazing potato and bacon dish will be a hit for any side dish needs!

  • Cook: 4 hrs
  • Yields: 6


1kg washed baby red potatoes, skin left on, cut into cubes

2 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried dill

150g diced bacon

2 cups grated cheese

2 Tablespoons fresh chives, diced fine

3-4 Tablespoons ranch salad dressing

3-4 Tablespoons sweet chilli sauce


1Add potatoes, herbs and bacon to a large bowl and toss well to coat with herbs

2Line slow cooker with baking paper and add this potato mix

3Cook on HIGH for 3.45hrs with tea towel trick in place (or until potatoes are tender in your slow cooker)

4Add cheese and chives and cook for additional 15mins or until cheese well melted

5Drizzle across top with ranch and sweet chilli sauces in zigzags

6We serve this from the slow cooker with a plastic egg flip to lift out serves easily

Had these last night for the first time and it wont be the last had them with garlic aioli sweet chili sauce they are best yummo
