Ranch Dressing Chicken Drumsticks
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- Half tablespoon french onion soup mix
- 1 x 10 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- Half tablespoons soy
- cornflour + water
- 1 sliced onion
- 6 slices bacon cut up
Instructions
- Add drumsticks to slow cooker
- Mix other ingredients apart from cornflour and water
- Set on low cook for 4-6 hours on low depending on slow cooker
- Remove chicken when its cooked add cornflour turn on high with lid off until thickened sauce
- While thickening sauce cover drumsticks in foil in a deep dish pan 🙂
- I added the cornflour thickener last 20 minutes of cooking time i kept lid off
- Note: I served with pasta of choice (cooked separate) and i crisped up bacon for garnish, and seasoned drumsticks with BBQ spice

I’ve made this a couple of times, really surprised how good it is. I think salad dressing so o always am pleasantly surprised with the flavour.
