  • 3 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 3 TBSP Crunchy Penut Butter
  • 1 TBSP Spenda ( or other sweetener )
  • 2 TSP White Vinegar
  • 1 TSP Crushed Garlic ( be generous )
  • 2 TBSP Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 TSP Chinese Five Spice
  • 2 TBSP Thickened Cream or Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 to 1 Cup Water
  • Plus extra Water to Thin Sauce as is will thicken a lot


  • 800g Diced Chicken


  • Thread Diced chicken onto Skewers
  • Add Sauce ingredients in blender and Blend to combine into a paste
  • Place Skewers into slow cooker
  • Cover chicken with Sauce
  • Cook on low 4 to 6 hours ( depending on cooker )


  • Sauce will darken and thicken , I like to add water and baste the Skewers with a pastry brush .. how much water will depend on how thick you like the sauce.
  • Serve with Rice
