Rabbit Casserole

1 rabbit

2 carrots

1 turnip

1 swede

10 small potatoes, cut in half

1/4 of a small pumpkin

2 small sweet potatoes

2 medium onions

2 teaspoons garlic

1l of chicken stock

2 sticks of celery

Gravy mix to thicken at end


1Cut rabbit into pieces and cut veggies up chunky and put all in slow cooker with chicken stock

2Cook on high for 2 hours and then turn to low for 4-6 hours or until all is cooked

3Add gravy mix to thicken and enjoy

What flavour of gravy mix would work well with this? Would maybe a chicken gravy mix work?
