  • 1 rabbit
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 swede
  • 10 small potatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 of a small pumpkin
  • 2 small sweet potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1l of chicken stock
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • Gravy mix to thicken at end


  • Cut rabbit into pieces and cut veggies up chunky and put all in slow cooker with chicken stock
  • Cook on high for 2 hours and then turn to low for 4-6 hours or until all is cooked
  • Add gravy mix to thicken and enjoy
