Pumpkin soup scones
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 3 cups of self raising flour
- 2 cups of slow cooked pumpkin soup (or tinned soup)
Instructions
- Combine the flour and pumpkin soup in a bowl
- Roll out mixture to approximately 2cm high on a floured board
- Use an egg ring to cut out pieces
- Place into a lined slow cooker
- Put a tea towel under the lid and turn on high for 2 hours

So easy to make and so yummy to eat!
Very yummy I used a can of pumpkin and sweet potato soup. I can now make scones thanks to slow cooker central.
I have not used this recipe before but from what others have said it sounds great. If I have done it right

I cannot put a tea towel under my lid, it fits in a grove, and clicks shut. HELP.
Sadly that is one of the many downfalls of a multi cooker over a real slow cooker 🙁
We did this today for the first time. Love the soup. But was a big disappointment with the scones. We found they had no flavour compared to the flavour of the soup. What have we done wrong????
