Pumpkin soup scones

Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups of self raising flour
  • 2 cups of slow cooked pumpkin soup (or tinned soup)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the flour and pumpkin soup in a bowl
  • Roll out mixture to approximately 2cm high on a floured board
  • Use an egg ring to cut out pieces
  • Place into a lined slow cooker
  • Put a tea towel under the lid and turn on high for 2 hours

  1. Very yummy I used a can of pumpkin and sweet potato soup. I can now make scones thanks to slow cooker central.

  2. I have not used this recipe before but from what others have said it sounds great. If I have done it right

  3. We did this today for the first time. Love the soup. But was a big disappointment with the scones. We found they had no flavour compared to the flavour of the soup. What have we done wrong????
