Pulled Jackfruit
Savoury, simple vegan
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 1kg piece of unripe Jackfruit, seeded and chopped
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 bottle Masterfoods smokey BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Lightly fry onions and place in slowcooker.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Shred jackfruit.
- Serve on rolls with salad.

Hi Melissa can you tell me where you got the jackfruit from? im in melbourne and can only find it in tin form or either buying on line have been wanting to make this for months now lol

In Australia you can find tinned Jackfruit in the health food section of both Woolies and Coles for anyone wanting to know.
