  • 1kg piece of unripe Jackfruit, seeded and chopped
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 bottle Masterfoods smokey BBQ sauce


  • Lightly fry onions and place in slowcooker.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Shred jackfruit.
  • Serve on rolls with salad.

    In Australia you can find tinned Jackfruit in the health food section of both Woolies and Coles for anyone wanting to know.
