Prawn and baby spinach pizza rolls

  • 12 cooked Tiger prawns peeled and chopped
  • Handful of pizza plus cheese
  • Handful of tasty cheese
  • Handful of torn up baby spinach
  • 50g melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3 Vietnamese rolls
  • Dash of chilli powder
  • Sprinkle of sweet paprika
  • Sprinkle of grated Romano
  • Sprinkle of pizza seasoning


  • Mix all ingredients
  • Cover the rolls top down in slow cooker
  • Cook for 15 on high and 45 on low

  1. Hi, this recipe looks amazing but can you tell me how you “cover the rolls top down in the slow cooker”? Does this mean you put the rolls into the slow cooker tops down then spoon over all the ingredients….I was reading it as put it all on the roll then turn upside down in cooker…hmmm thinkin’ everything would fall off LOL….I am sure it is how I said first, but would like confirmation please. Many thanks.
