Potato Dauphinoise

A lush creamy slow cooked potato bake!

Ingredients
 

  • Potatoes (I used 8 )
  • 400ml double cream
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 leek
  • Grated cheese
  • Garlic puree

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice potatoes
  • Put cream, milk and puree into sauce pan and heat
  • Do a thin layer of potatoes on bottom of slow cooker
  • Pour portion of sauce over
  • Continue to do so until all potatoes and cream used
  • Sprinkle leeks and cheese on top
  • I added garlic for extra kick
  • Cook on low for 6hrs
