Potato Dauphinoise
A lush creamy slow cooked potato bake!
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Potatoes (I used 8 )
- 400ml double cream
- 500 ml milk
- 1 leek
- Grated cheese
- Garlic puree
Instructions
- Peel and slice potatoes
- Put cream, milk and puree into sauce pan and heat
- Do a thin layer of potatoes on bottom of slow cooker
- Pour portion of sauce over
- Continue to do so until all potatoes and cream used
- Sprinkle leeks and cheese on top
- I added garlic for extra kick
- Cook on low for 6hrs
