Potato Dauphinoise

A lush creamy slow cooked potato bake!

  • Prep: 35 mins
  • Cook: 6 hrs
  • Yields: 4 to 6 serving


Potatoes (I used 8 )

400ml double cream

500 ml milk

1 leek

Grated cheese

Garlic puree


1Peel and slice potatoes

2Put cream, milk and puree into sauce pan and heat

3Do a thin layer of potatoes on bottom of slow cooker

4Pour portion of sauce over

5Continue to do so until all potatoes and cream used

6Sprinkle leeks and cheese on top

7I added garlic for extra kick

8Cook on low for 6hrs
