Potato Bake
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Sliced potato (8 large/ 12 small)
- 250g Diced bacon
- Cup of Grated cheese
- 600ml cream
Instructions
- Layer potato in slow cooker, put diced bacon over top, the grated cheese, pour all cream in
- Cook on low for 5 hours

I’ve been experimenting with Potato Bakes to find THE ONE!!!! And this is it. So easy, so delicious???
Mix a little bit of French onion soup in with the cream makes it even better
Try adding 2 cloves of crushed garlic to the cream and mix in before putting it in the slow cooker. Amazing

Any cream but I like to use ‘cooking cream’ so that it never splits 🙂
Cream Splitting
I used regular cream and it split, will use cooking cream next time

First time making potato bake in the slow cooker , Turned out perfect, I also added sweet potato and french onion soup. This is how I will be making my potato bake from now on.
I finally tried this last week
It was so good we cooked one for dinner one night then another for lunch with the family the following day
