1 leg Pork (mine was 2.9kg)
2tbsp Raw Honey
1 Orange rind and juice
3 lge Granny Smith Apples
Himalayan salt n Grate black Pepper
1Peel and decore apples, place bottom of SC
2Pop Pork in SC
3Spread 2tbsp honey over the pork
4Squeeze Orange juice over the top then grate fine the rind over the top of Pork.
5Pop some Himalayan Salt and Grind some black pepper over the Pork
6Put SC on low cook for 8 hrs.
7Remove Pork pop on wire rack and spread 1tbs raw honey over the top put in Oven on 150C till golden approx. 20 minutes.
8Blend juices and cooked apple from SC to make Gravy for the pork
