Ingredients
 

  • I Onion, Peel the onion and place in the freezer, I do this so I don't cry
  • 2 Pork fillets/ tenderloin
  • 4 Potatos cut in quarters
  • 3 Large carrots
  • 3 Celery sticks of celery add less depending on your taste
  • 3 Cloves of garlic, add more or less to your taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tsp of beef stock powder
  • Cornflour for thickening
  • 2 tsp of gravy powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel & slice the carrots, thickness to your liking
  • Peel & slice the celery
  • Place in the sc
  • Peel and quarter the potatoes & sweet potato
  • Place in sc
  • Cut the onion
  • Great the garlic
  • Place in sc
  • Add 2 tsp of beef stock powder to the water. Stir & add to sc
  • Put the pork loin/ fillets on top of everything , pepper to taste
  • Cover and cook 5 hours on low, depending on your slow cooker
  • Do Not Stir
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, it's all done
  • Take the pork tenderloin/ pork fillets out
  • Take liquid out of the Sc. Add it to a shaker, and mix the cornflour with the liquid.
  • Put the four flour back in to the sc.
  • Add 2 tsp of gravy powder in a little bit of bit of pork liquid, stir and add to sc
  • Serve on a plate
  • Slice the pork tenderloin/ fillets and put that on top of the veggies
  • Enjoy
