1/2 - 1Kg diced pork chicken lamb or beef
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 tsp sweet paprika
1Turn on slow cooker and add meat,
2Cook onions until soft and add to slow cooker
3Add paprika and tomato paste
4Cook for 4-6hrs on low
5NO LIQUID REQUIRED as it cooks the juices will come out to form a nice sauce
6Serve with penne pasta or rice
