Pork Perkolt
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1Kg diced pork chicken lamb or beef
- 4-5Onions diced
- 2 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
Instructions
- Turn on slow cooker and add meat,
- Cook onions until soft and add to slow cooker
- Add paprika and tomato paste
- Cook for 4-6hrs on low
- NO LIQUID REQUIRED as it cooks the juices will come out to form a nice sauce
- Serve with penne pasta or rice
