  • Yields: 6-8 People

Ingredients

4 Cups cooked pork diced

1/4 Cabbage shredded

1/4 capsicum diced

1 carrot diced

1 large onion diced

1 Celery stick diced

1 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 pkts Mi goreng or 2 min noodles with sachets

2 1/2 cups chicken stock

Directions

1Heat frypan then add olive oil.

2Put onion in and cook until clear.

3Put cabbage in & cook for 3 mins.

4Spoon into large bowl & break up noodles add all other ingredients to bowl mix well.

5Then pour into SC and cook on High no teatowel, 1.5 to 2hrs.

6Serve with rice or Potato Mash :-)
