Pork Bolognaise
Pork mince pasta
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1kg pork mince
- 300 g fusilli (corkscrew spiral pasta)
- 2 onions
- 1 leek
- 10 mushrooms
- Tomato puree 500g
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- Half a 425g tin of tomato soup
- 150g soft cheese
- Garlic puree
Instructions
- Cook pasta
- Cook mince in sear pan
- Chop leek, onions and mushrooms
- Add mushrooms, onions and leek to mince
- Place sear pan bank into slow cooker
- Add tomato puree, soup, chopped Tom's, cheese and garlic
- Cook on high for 2 hours, Low for 1 hour
- Add pasta to mix through

I chose to make this with the ingredients i had. I Used a tin of crushed tom in place of puree, and paste to substitute the condensed tomato soup .I added a half of Camembert cheese (soft cheese) added some chicken and veg stock, oregano, white pepper and smoked garlic.
good recipe base. very simple and quick to make.
Soft cheese examples please??
While it’s not my own recipe when I think of soft cheeses I think of Brie or Camembert etc
