Polynesiian pork rashers
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 kilo of pork rashers
- 1 clove of garlic diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 can of pineapple pieces and the juice
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3tbsps brown sugar
- 3 tbsps hosin sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Place pork rashers and onion in slow cooker. Combine everything else together well. Pour over chops and onion.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Leave lid off in the last half a hour so the sauce thickens up
