2 hrs 5 mins
4 skinless single chicken breasts
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chicken stock powder
cracked black pepper to taste
1 cup hot water
1Place chicken breast fillets directly into slow cooker
2Sprinkle with powders and pepper
3Pour over one cup of hot water
4Cook on HIGH for 2hrs
5Remove and dice or shred chicken to desired size
7Can be frozen in bags for smaller serves
9Perfect for use on sandwiches, wraps and other dishes requiring cooked chicken :)
11Note: You could vary flavour easily with additional herbs and spices - I kept this one generic for use in other dishes and sandwiches

Did this today so I could make fried rice tomorrow. Only did two chicken breasts and put it in my baby slow cooker and omg yum!!!I often buy a bbq chop and shred leftovers for fried rice but the poached chicken was more tender and nowhere near as dry.
