Pizza Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 large washed potatoes
- ham
- cheese
- salami
- Topping-
- olives
- feta
- capsicum
Instructions
- Thread a skewer about half a cm from the bottom of the potato and make lots of fine slits. This makes the potato more flexible and easier to fill. You don't have to fill all of them
- Fill with ham, salami and cheese slices.
- Top with Olives, feta and capsicum and place in slow cooker.
- Cook for 3 hours on HIGH or 5-6 hours on LOW - no tea towel needed

I’m confused about direction 1 do you leave skewer in , do you cut a wedge in top of potatoes to fill. It is not a very clear in its directions
You put the skewer in just for a cutting guide so that you don’t cut all the way through }
Then you remove it and fill each cut/gap with the filling
