Pizza Pockets

Ingredients
- Dough
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
- Filling
- Tomato paste
- Mixed herbs
- Garlic
- Bacon
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Mix flour & yoghurt together to make dough.
- Roll out dough big enough to cut to make 12 pockets.
- Spoon filling in middle & fold up, to make like parcel style.
- Line slow cooker with baking paper & put 6 in cooker.
- (I have 2 cookers, so both going with 6 in each)
- Cook on high for 1 hour 45 mins
- Turn over for last 15-20 minutes to brown both sides
