Ingredients
 

  • Dough
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
  • Filling
  • Tomato paste
  • Mixed herbs
  • Garlic
  • Bacon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour & yoghurt together to make dough.
  • Roll out dough big enough to cut to make 12 pockets.
  • Spoon filling in middle & fold up, to make like parcel style.
  • Line slow cooker with baking paper & put 6 in cooker.
  • (I have 2 cookers, so both going with 6 in each)
  • Cook on high for 1 hour 45 mins
  • Turn over for last 15-20 minutes to brown both sides
