  • 1kg pineapple
  • 2 apples
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • I pack jamsetter


  • Combine fruit and sugar
  • Turn cooker on HIGH with lid on
  • Place in slow cooker and stir occasionally
  • Cook for approximately 4 hours
  • Once fruit appears to thicken it's ready
  • It will set better as your jam cools.

  1. I made this Jam today, although very tasty, unfortunately it did not set. As per the jamsetta pack I added a second pack of jamsetta , following the instructions but, although a bit thicker, it was still not Jam consistency. I’m not sure what went wrong. Any suggestions Michele.
