Pickled Roast Pork
Ingredients
- 1-2 kg pickled pork
- vegetables for roasting
Instructions
- Prepare and place roasting vegetables on bottom of slow cooker
- Place meat on top.
- Slow cook for 2 hours on high then 4 hours low
- Put some lemon juice over rind and place under grill for about 1/2 an hour.
