Peppermint Fudge
Ingredients
- 200gm dark cooking choc
- 200gm milk choc
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tblsp vanilla
- 1 tblsp butter/marg
- Mint aero bubbles
Instructions
- Turn cooker on HIGH
- Put all ingredients (except aero bubbles) into slow cooker
- Stir regularly for 30 minutes - 1 hour until melted, combined and glossy.
- Pour into lined tin and press bubbles gently into the top.
- Chill in fridge until set.
