Peking chicken fried rice

Ingredients
Peking chicken fried rice s/c
- Peking chicken fried rice
- Marinate 2chicken breasts Overnight
For the Marinade
- 1 tsp garlic puree
- 1 tsp ginger puree
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice mix
- ½ cup light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp red food colouring (optional)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 cups SunRice White Long Grain Rice
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 carrot sliced with a potato peeler
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced lengthways, to serve
Instructions
- Marinate 2 chicken breasts overnight
- Cook rice for 10minutes on high in the microwave ,rice will be 3/4 cooked ,,place on a tray lined with baking paper to cool ,add a dash of turmeric powder and mix in with rice
- Fry chicken breasts in the frypan, then slice thinly, put all ingredients in the slow cooker on low no tea towel, for 2 hrs
