Mild Satay which even the kids will love
5 hrs 10 mins
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp ginger
1 tsp coriander
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
400ml coconut cream
500g frozen stir fry veg
500g diced beef
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 spring onion sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1Stick everything except for the veg into the slow cooker and place on low for 4 - 5 hours or until meat is tender. Add the veg in and cook for a further hour on low.

Tasted amazing, both my husband and myself absolutely loved it. Instead of frozen veggies I used fresh carrots, onion, zucchini, cauliflower and broccoli chopped up, was so delicious.

Absolutely beautiful to eat!! My new favourite meal 😍 The mixture isn’t spicy, if you want that kick, add more sweet chilli sauce
