1 1/2 c sr flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 caster sugar

1/4 c of canola oil

1 large egg

1/3c milk

1tsp vanilla essance

1 c of peaches diced them into nice little pieces


85g cream cheese

1tbl caster sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon


1Prepare your muffin tin

2Combine flour cinnamon sugar oil egg milk and vanilla. Stir

3Gently fold your diced peaches.

4In a small bowl mix cream cheese sugar and cinnamon.

5Put one small scoop of mixture into each patty pans

6Then put in a smaller scoop of the cream cheese mixture on top.

7Then add more of the peach mixture in the the patty pan(not to full)

8Cook for about 90 min but when they spring back when touched, they are ready
