peaches and cream
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c sr flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 caster sugar
- 1/4 c of canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/3c milk
- 1tsp vanilla essance
- 1 c of peaches diced them into nice little pieces
- CREAM CHEESE
- 85g cream cheese
- 1tbl caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare your muffin tin
- Combine flour cinnamon sugar oil egg milk and vanilla. Stir
- Gently fold your diced peaches.
- In a small bowl mix cream cheese sugar and cinnamon.
- Put one small scoop of mixture into each patty pans
- Then put in a smaller scoop of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Then add more of the peach mixture in the the patty pan(not to full)
- Cook for about 90 min but when they spring back when touched, they are ready
