Pastabake Pie
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 500gr mince lean
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese light
- 10 slices cheese singles light
- 1 carrot grated
- 5 celery stalks grated
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tin puree tomato
- 1 tsp tom paste
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoin garlic
- Sprinkle origano
- Box of Rigatoni or what ever pasta
Instructions
- Lightly Brown mince
- Add veg and garlic
- Add stock and tomato puree, paste and oregano and take off stove.
- Line sc with baking paper. I used tin as easier to get out
- Layer bottom with pasta i pre cook a little but not needed
- Then 5 slices of sliced cheese to cover
- Layer with meat sauce push down tight then repeat
- Top with grated cheese
- Tea towel on lid
- Cook for High for 3hr raw or 1.5hrs with pre cooked pasta
- I put under grill 2 mins after as like as crunchy top
