Pasta Medley
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 x Bag of Pasta Shells of your choice.
- 1 x Handful of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.
- 1 x Handful of spinach leaves.
- 1 x Handful of mushrooms diced.
- 1 x Large capsicum your choice of colour.
- 1 x Large Jar of sauce flavouring (your choice).
- I used Italian herbs and garlic pasta sauce.
Instructions
- Pre- cook pasta shells only half way through on stovetop.
- Drain off so no excess water once halve cooked.
- Then add all ingredients into slow cooker with 3 x cups of water.
- Slow cooking for 1 - 2 hours on low heat only.
- Towards end of cooking, add grated cheese if you desire 30 minutes before serving (or until melted ontop)
- I also sprinkle a little parmesan cheese. Just for added flavour.
- Serve this dish either hot or cold.
- It can be serves 2 ways!
