Passionfruit Surprise Pudding

2 Passionfruit

4 Eggs

1 Teas Vanilla

1/2 cup of Sugar

1/2 cup of Milk

Cake Batter

1 egg

1/2 cup of sugar

1 heaped Tblsp soft Butter

1 cup S/R Flour

1/3 cup of Milk

1 Teasp Vanilla

Coconut to sprinkle on top (Optional)


1Fill SC'S with 1/2 inch of water.then spray 6-8 Ramekins depending on size with cooking oil.

2In a bowl whisk all custard ingredients together,then slowly pour with ladle into each Ramikin.

3Then in another bowl mix together all the cake ingredients,mix well then spoon the batter evenly between all the Ramikins, and sprinkle with coconut,

4Carefully put them in the slow cooker. Tea towel under lid...1 1/2 hrs on high (all SC are different)

5When cooked the cake will bounce back...serve with Ice Cream or Fresh Cream 🙂
