Passionfruit Surprise Pudding

  • Custard
  • 2 Passionfruit
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Teas Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
  • Cake Batter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 heaped Tblsp soft Butter
  • 1 cup S/R Flour
  • 1/3 cup of Milk
  • 1 Teasp Vanilla
  • Coconut to sprinkle on top (Optional)


  • Fill SC'S with 1/2 inch of water.then spray 6-8 Ramekins depending on size with cooking oil.
  • In a bowl whisk all custard ingredients together,then slowly pour with ladle into each Ramikin.
  • Then in another bowl mix together all the cake ingredients,mix well then spoon the batter evenly between all the Ramikins, and sprinkle with coconut,
  • Carefully put them in the slow cooker. Tea towel under lid...1 1/2 hrs on high (all SC are different)
  • When cooked the cake will bounce back...serve with Ice Cream or Fresh Cream 🙂
