- 6 large potatoes diced
- 2 tins of leek and potato soup
- 1 1/2 C grated cheese
- 2 onions chopped
- 250 gms sour cream
- 1. Put all ingredients in SC and mix to combine.
- 2. Cook on low for 8 hrs with lid on.
- 3. Transfer to a oven dish and sprinkle with grated cheese and brown off in oven for 1/2 hr.
