Parmesan & Herb Finishing Sauce
A beautiful creamy, cheese & herb sauce
Ingredients
- 300 ml cooking cream
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 125 grams of shredded, extra sharp Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the 1.5L slow cooker & mix well
- Cook on low for 2hrs
- Enjoy this beautiful creamy, cheese & herb creation as a perfect finishing sauce or tasty dipping sauce 🙂
- Note: If you use a larger slow cooker watch closely as times may vary

Delicious sauce. Served with sea bass & savoury orzo. I’ve put a little in the freezer to see how it tastes after reheating. I’m definitely making this sauce again. Thank you Paulene.
