Ingredients
 

  • 500g minced beef
  • 3 med potatoes diced
  • 3 tomatoes diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 cardamon pod
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp chilli
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in sc and cook on low for 2 hours.
  • Remove lid and cook on high for about 1 hour till liquid has gone.
  • Serve with naan bread
