Ingredients

500g minced beef

3 med potatoes diced

3 tomatoes diced

1 large onion diced

2 Tbsp oil

2 tsp ground black pepper

6 cloves

1 cardamon pod

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp tumeric

1 tsp chilli

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp garlic

1 Tbsp oyster sauce

1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

1Place everything in sc and cook on low for 2 hours.

2Remove lid and cook on high for about 1 hour till liquid has gone.

3Serve with naan bread
