Orange Maple Chicken

  • 2-3 chicken breast fillets or use up to 5-6 thigh fillets
  • 2 cups fresh squeezed OJ + some pulp
  • 3/4cup dry white wine
  • 3/4cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 Tsp dried thyme
  • ½ Tsp each of salt/pepper


  • Add everything except chicken into cooker & stir to combine
  • Sprinkle chicken with more salt/pepper to taste & place into liquid
  • Cook on low 4 hours ~ Thicken with a slurry of cornflour/water before serving
  • This would work great with pork too
