A tasty citrus dish

  • Yields: 3-4 serves


2-3 chicken breast fillets or use up to 5-6 thigh fillets

2 cups fresh squeezed OJ + some pulp

3/4cup dry white wine

3/4cup maple syrup

2 Tsp dried rosemary

2 Tsp dried thyme

½ Tsp each of salt/pepper


1Add everything except chicken into cooker & stir to combine

2Sprinkle chicken with more salt/pepper to taste & place into liquid

3Cook on low 4 hours ~ Thicken with a slurry of cornflour/water before serving

4This would work great with pork too
