Orange Maple Chicken
A tasty citrus dish
Serving: 3
Ingredients
- 2-3 chicken breast fillets or use up to 5-6 thigh fillets
- 2 cups fresh squeezed OJ + some pulp
- 3/4cup dry white wine
- 3/4cup maple syrup
- 2 Tsp dried rosemary
- 2 Tsp dried thyme
- ½ Tsp each of salt/pepper
Instructions
- Add everything except chicken into cooker & stir to combine
- Sprinkle chicken with more salt/pepper to taste & place into liquid
- Cook on low 4 hours ~ Thicken with a slurry of cornflour/water before serving
- This would work great with pork too
