Nutella Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tblsp sugar
- 3 tblsp Nutella chocolate spread
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients well to ensure they are well combined with the egg
- Pour batter into a coffee cup
- Add 1cm warm water into your slow cooker and gently sit cup in water
- Cover with teatowel (Tea Towel Trick) and cook on HIGH for 55mins
Notes
- You could multiply by however many cups you need 🙂
- Each mug cake is about half full in a standard mug
- Produces a moist dessert like mug cake
- For a fluffy cake consistency try the Peanut Butter Mug Cake 🙂

Was yummy, very rich and dense. Triple batch took 3hr 20mins. Could have easily made 4 portions from triple batch, as quite rich and filling.
I think it tasted more eggy then Nutella
