  • 8 bbq sausages cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 small onions diced
  • 300g mixed vegetables, peas, corn and carrot
  • 500g mushrooms quartered
  • 3 medium potatoes cut into chunks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can of chicken gravy made up with 1 litre of boiling water
  • A splash of sweet chilli sauce


  • Prep all ingredients and add to slow cooker (Can add other vegetables)
  • Make up the gravy and poor over
  • Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
