My sausage stew
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 8 bbq sausages cut into bite size pieces
- 2 small onions diced
- 300g mixed vegetables, peas, corn and carrot
- 500g mushrooms quartered
- 3 medium potatoes cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can of chicken gravy made up with 1 litre of boiling water
- A splash of sweet chilli sauce
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients and add to slow cooker (Can add other vegetables)
- Make up the gravy and poor over
- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
