My Red Velvet Fudge

Ingredients
 

  • white choc 420 g
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • butter 15g
  • 1/2 a bag of candy melts red or red food gel ( to your likeness )
  • 1 to 2 tbs. of cocoa powder
  • white choc 20g

Instructions
 

  • Put 420g of white choc, condensed milk, candy melts and butter in the SC for approximately 1hr, stirring every 10 to 15 min
  • Last 15 min stir in cocoa powder well
  • Pour into a greased tin
  • Melt the last of the white choc in the microwave for decoration
  • Drizzle on top of the fudge the swirl
  • Let cool then put in the fridge to set
