My Red Velvet Fudge

Ingredients
- white choc 420 g
- 1 can of condensed milk
- butter 15g
- 1/2 a bag of candy melts red or red food gel ( to your likeness )
- 1 to 2 tbs. of cocoa powder
- white choc 20g
Instructions
- Put 420g of white choc, condensed milk, candy melts and butter in the SC for approximately 1hr, stirring every 10 to 15 min
- Last 15 min stir in cocoa powder well
- Pour into a greased tin
- Melt the last of the white choc in the microwave for decoration
- Drizzle on top of the fudge the swirl
- Let cool then put in the fridge to set
