  1. I cooked this for the first time tonight, it was amazing, I served it up with mashed potato, broccolini and cauliflower, a big hit with the family adding it to our favourites list of slow cooker meals….

  2. Wonderful awesome amazing yummy my whole family loved it and we will be having it again . My autistic son ate it all up with no dramas

  3. yumm. we loved this.
i added about half a cream cheese as we had guests and added rice so it went further and was creamier for the rice
    Will be making again.
    thanks

  4. I am make a version of this at the moment. I roll the drumsticks in flour and garlic powder (not salt) and cracked pepper and brown them in my slow cooker (because I have that option). Then I add the remaining ingredients, except my recipe calls for only 1/4 cup Dijon mustard and an added 2 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Between the drumsticks I poke some carrot wedges and onion wedges. Always I hit with everyone in the family.

  5. Absolutely Delicious, lovely mustard flavour similar to a Honey Mustard type sauce or The mustard sauce we often make for corn beef. Worked perfect with the chicken. My partner even went back for seconds. Served with broccoli, carrots and baby new potatoes (we used Jersey Bennes) – took only 5 minutes to prepare so quick and easy would def make again.

This recipe is sooooo good that we’ve had it twice in the past two weeks! Second time around I had to use seeded mustard in place of Dijon because I had run out of it???? all good…It was just as delicious as the first time we made it ? I like to add 300mls of cooking cream 30mins before serving for extra sauciness as we serve this over fettuccine ? thanks for yet another brilliant recipe Paulene, our entire family loves this! Highly recommend you try this one too ?
