Mulled Wine

  • 1 Litre of red wine ( I use the cheap cardboard wine)
  • 1/3 Cup of sugar or honey
  • 1-2 Tbs of brandy
  • Orange and apples slices
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp cloves - or 3-4 whole cloves
  • 1 1/2 Cups of fruity herbal tea left to brew for 5 mins or orange juice


  • Add all ingredients to the crock pot
  • Do not let boil
  • Cook for 2-3 hours on low

    I make this every winter. Tonight I used the T2 mulled wine tea as it contains cinnamon etc. I store it in the fridge once cooled and heat 1 cup every night before bed. Great night cap
