Mulled Wine

  • Yields: 8- 10 people


1 Litre of red wine ( I use the cheap cardboard wine)

1/3 Cup of sugar or honey

1-2 Tbs of brandy

Orange and apples slices

1 tsp cinnamon or cinnamon sticks

1 tsp cloves - or 3-4 whole cloves

1 1/2 Cups of fruity herbal tea left to brew for 5 mins or orange juice


1Add all ingredients to the crock pot

2Do not let boil

3Cook for 2-3 hours on low

I make this every winter. Tonight I used the T2 mulled wine tea as it contains cinnamon etc. I store it in the fridge once cooled and heat 1 cup every night before bed. Great night cap
