Yum, this is absolutely delicious & easy to make. I made this with a few adjustments. I don’t eat much sugar so left out the honey & added an egg in case the missing honey was needed to help combine together. My dried fruit consisted of 1/2C goji berries, 1/3C chia seeds, 2/3C chopped cashews & almonds. With some dark chocolate pieces pushed onto the top. The 1 1/2C dried fruit is so versatile, there would be so many different combinations to make. I will definitely be making this again. ❤️
