Morrocan Beef Cheeks
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- One brown onion sliced
- 2 large carrots sliced
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 tin tomatoes
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon Marsala (or very sweet liquor)
- 1 tablespoon smoky paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- oil and plain flour for browning
Instructions
- Coat the beef cheeks in flour and brown
- Add the onions carrots, celery and garlic to the pan and cook until caramelized.
- Place in the slow cooker with wine, herbs and tomatoes.
- Cook for 8 hours on auto ( 2 hours high 6 hours low)

While this one isn’t my recipe, looking at the ingredients I think it would easily do up to 4 cheeks at least 🙂
